The apartment building was built in 1905 and is a typical representative of the graceful Art Nouveau style, evokes the spaciousness and apparent weightlessness. Its originality highlights the many decorative lines, curves and ornaments that we have tried to emphasize.
On the front facade, in the last level of above-ground floor, you will find relief sculptures, windows are decorated with bay window. In 2014 it was completely refurbished the entire house, at which managed to preserve the original features and the unmistakable atmosphere of the house with a touch of history.
The building has three floors. On each floor there are three flat-units, which are designed as 1 + 1 and 2 + 1. At the first floor are places for office, shop and warehouse. The ground floor is situated non-residential unit and cellars.
The house will be equipped with a modern lift. Reconstruction of the common areas will be completed in December 2016.
